I like the way the staff interact with guest. They are very friendly and attempt to accommodate whenever possible. I like the comfort and convenience of the rooms they were well-equipped for our family's needs. I also like the location it was very easy to get to everything that we needed during our conference.

When setting up our stay we contacted the main office not the actual hotel we stayed in and got some misinformation. But the manager at the hotel did his best to solve the problem and we were satisfied and will definitely be staying again. Best advice contact the hotel directly if you have any questions about services or amenities.

The rooms were cozy and mine was a good size with new furniture and even a comfy recliner 🛋️. It was a nice touch to have a shower and a hairdryer available - a nice bonus to make my stay more comfortable!

When ever I ran the shower water the bathroom area would smell really bad.
